ME145: High-Precision Calibrator for Strain Gauge Amplifiers

The ME145 is a portable calibrator designed to simulate defined output signals from strain gauge sensors (force, torque, pressure, etc.). It enables verification and calibration of measurement amplifiers in the lab or in the field, with 0.05% accuracy and minimal thermal influence (< 20 ppm/10 K). Its rugged aluminum housing (145 × 95 × 74 mm, 470 g) and versatile connectivity options (screw terminals, 4 mm or M12 5-pin) make it a reliable tool for demanding industrial environments.

This calibrator stands out with three key advantages: 10 pre-set calibration steps (ranging from ±0.2 to ±3.5 mV/V), fine "Vernier" adjustment (±0.5 mV/V in continuous increments), and simulation of 1/4 or full bridges (350 Ω or 88 Ω). Polarity switching (+/–) and compatibility with 3-wire technology simplify testing on amplifiers or measurement systems.

This solution is ideal for calibration laboratories, factory maintenance departments, or integrators of weighing and quality control systems.
