Presentation

LSRP Inclinometer is an extremely sensitive, rugged sensor designed to provide horizontal angle or vertical deviation measurements with virtually infinite resolution. These fluid-damped compact, cylindrical-shaped sensors are stackable to meet the needs of applications with space constraints while facilitating the use of several tiltmeters for multi-axis measurements

Accuracy is between 0.02% and 0.05% of full scale, depending on measurement range, with a bandwidth of up to 30Hz, exceptional resolution of 1µrad and hysteresis < 0.0005% of measurement range.

5 measurement ranges from ±1.0 to ±90.0° are available as standard. LSRP calibration on a specific measurement range is available as an option. The output signal is ± 5VDC. Temperature sensitivity is extremely low (< 0.0003V/° over the ±90.0° range), and measurement sensitivity to transverse acceleration negligible.

The design of the LSRP, whose sensitive elements are protected from shock and vibration by a fluid damping system, enables accurate, reliable measurement in the harshest industrial environments:

Installation

LSRP inclinometer is mounted on the application using 4 M4 screws. Electrical connection is via 5 solder pins mounted on the inclinometer. Optional connectors and cables are available. Permissible supply voltage is between 9 and 18 VDC.
