Presentation

ALP load pin is installed in place of the original pin, and is designed to measure/monitor loads of up to 20 Tons, with a measurement accuracy of the order of 0.5 to 1% of full scale. Output signal is 1.0 mV / V excitation (5 or 10V). Overload protection is 150% of measurement range.

Specifications

Installation

The pin is fitted in place of the standard axle in the fork head and measures the tensile and compressive forces applied to the cylinder surface. It is supplied with a 3 m cable, and is compatible for outdoor use, with an IP67 stainless steel body, and an operating temperature range of -20 to + 70° C. The output signal (1.0 mV/V) can be optionally amplified.
