Presentation
The GSV-2TSD-DI is an all-in-one conditioning module for one analog channel:
- Signal conditioning for 1 analog channel (force, torque, pressure transducer with strain gage bridge. Full, half or quarter strain gauge bridge with 120/350/1000 Ohm resistors)
- Measured value display
- 1 analog output -5/+5 V
- PC / PLC acquisition via RS-232 or CANopen/Ethernet interface (optional)
- PC based Data acquisition over USB
Measurement data recording on PC / PLC
GSV-2TSD-DI measurement data acquisition is performed via a serial interface (USB or RS-232). Data are read from the GSVmulti visualization/acquisition software supplied with the amplifier. Acquisition frequency can be set up to 1000 Hz.
The GSV-2TSD-DI module can also be used with Matlab or Labview (drivers supplied) or a utility programmed in C/C++ (dll available).
As an option, the conditioner can be supplied with an RS-232, CANopen or Ethernet interface.
Operation
Sensors are connected via a 12-pin terminal block. The module can be configured using the front panel buttons, or the [GSVmulti] software (https://www.pm-instrumentation.com/gsv-multi-logiciel-de-visualisation-et-dacquisition-de-donnees-pour-conditionneurs-gsv). The module can be powered via the USB port, or via an external 10-28 VDC power supply.
