6-Channel Analog Conditioner for Strain Gauge Bridges
The GSV-5A6 is a compact signal conditioning module for strain gauge bridges (¼, ½, or full bridge). Its analog output signals (±10 VDC or 4–20 mA) can be transmitted over long distances without information loss, and data acquisition is possible via a standard analog input card.
Each of the 6 analog channels can be individually configured for use with force or torque sensors based on strain gauges (¼, ½, or full bridge; sensitivity: 0.5, 1, 2, or 4 mV/V).
Sensors are connected to the GSV-5A6 via a SUB-D44 connector. The output and control signals are available through a SUB-D15 connector. The module is powered with 10–28 VDC via an M8 connector.
