Introduction

The KL500 force transducer is designed to measure tensile forces on chains, cranes, ropes, etc... the mechanical integration is done by 2 spherical plain bearings, and offers a tolerance against off-center forces. The sensor is made of high resistance steel IP66. The accuracy of measurement is 0.5% on measuring ranges of 10, 20, 50 or 100 tons.

The output signal is not amplified, the sensitivity is 1mV/V. The connector consists of a round M8 or M12 connector. A 10m cable is supplied. Optional conditioning modules are available for 0-10 VDC, 4-20 mA or digital output signals. The operating temperature range is -10 to +85°C.
