EtherCAT-Certified Acquisition Module Compatible with PoE

The GSV-61T6 EC is designed for acquiring and processing measurement signals from strain gauge force or torque sensors via an EtherCAT controller or system.
The 6 channels can be individually scaled (maximum sensitivity: 2mV/V) or grouped for 3 or 6-component sensors. For multi-component sensors, real-time application of a compensation matrix for inter-channel effects is possible.

Operation

Acquisition and Control via EtherCAT

The GSV-61T6 EC is EtherCAT compliant (Vendor ID: 0x00000270) and can be used to integrate force sensors into an EtherCAT network for measurement, monitoring, or control.

Visualization and Acquisition on PC

Configuration, visualization, and acquisition of measurements can also be done using the GSVmulti software.
The acquisition file can then be exported for post-processing in Excel or Matlab.

Integration with LabView, C, C++, C#

It is also possible to integrate the GSV-61T6 EC into a LabView environment or a C, C++, or C# application via the provided drivers and DLLs. Communication with the GSV-61T6 EC is done via USB.
