Introduction

The LIPS X115 | E115 | M115 | G115 | H115 range of inductive linear displacement transducers is the ATEX version of the S115. It is also the ruggedized version of the X114 sensor.
It measures displacements of up to 800mm at depths of up to 100 m, with accuracy better than 0.5%, 10kHz bandwidth and virtually infinite resolution. The measurement range is customizable between 0-5 mm and 0-800 mm in 1 mm increments. The output signal is perfectly linear with displacement.

Positek ATEX sensors must be used with a galvanic barrier to meet intrinsic safety requirements. The X005 barrier is specially designed for Positek sensors, making it the ideal choice. Various configuration options are available for the output signal.
