Presentation
LSO is a high-precision single-axis inclinometer that meets the most stringent requirements in terms of durability and robustness. The extremely fine angle measurement is completed by gravity using an inertial servo plate and an optical sensor. The accuracy obtained is between 0.02% and 0.1% of full scale depending on the measurement range and the signal output, with a bandwidth of up to 30Hz, exceptional resolution of 1µrad and hysteresis < 0.0005% of the measurement range.
5 measurement ranges from ±1.0 to ±90.0° are available as standard. LSO calibration on a specific measurement range is possible as an option. The output signal is ± 5VDC, 0-5VDC or 4-20 mA. Temperature sensitivity is extremely low, and measurement sensitivity to transverse acceleration negligible.
The design of the LSO, whose sensitive elements are protected from shock and vibration by a fluid damping system, enables accurate and reliable measurement in the harshest industrial environments:

Installation
The LSO inclinometer is mounted on the application using 3 M4 screws. Electrical connection is either via a 6-pin connector or a 6-pin terminal block mounted on the inclinometer. Optional connectors and cables are available. The permissible supply voltage is ±12 to ±18VDC (± 5 Vdc) or 20-30VDC (4-20mA)
