Presentation

LCF-100 is a robust, single-axis inclinometer designed to meet the most demanding accuracy requirements. Extremely fine angle measurement is based on gravity measurement using a servo-controlled inertial table and an optical sensor. Accuracy is between 0.02% and 0.05% of full scale, depending on the measurement range, with a bandwidth of up to 30Hz and exceptional resolution of 1µrad.

The LCF-100 model measures on 1 axis for ranges from ±1.0 to ±90.0°. The output signal is ±5VDC. Temperature sensitivity is extremely low (< 0.0003V/° over the ±90.0° range).

The design of the LCF-100, whose sensitive elements are protected from shock and vibration by a fluid damping system, enables accurate, reliable measurement in harsh environments:

  • IP65 waterproof steel case

Installation

The LCF-100 inclinometer is mounted on the application using 3 M4 screws. Electrical connection is made either via a connector or a 13-pin terminal block mounted on the inclinometer. Optional connectors and cables are available.
