Introduction to P-Series Piezoelectric Sensors
Piezoelectric pressure sensors of the P series are designed for dynamic and quasi-static pressure monitoring up to 350 bar. Thanks to their very good non-linearity (0.3 to 0.5% depending on the version) and their wide bandwidth of 5-10 kHz, these sensors are perfectly suited for thermodynamic studies (resonance frequency of 85 to 100 kHz)
The crystal used (Crystal Match™ technology) is characterized by an excellent stability at high temperature and a piezoelectric effect perfectly linear with pressure, allowing the achievement of a non-linearity of 0.3% over the range 0 to 400°C.
