Presentation
The TF series is a high-performance solution for precise torque measurement in a compact form factor. The system consists of a rotor (torque meter with strain gauges + telemetry transmitter + flanges) mounted on the shaft line, a stator mounted near the rotor on the fixed part of the test bench, and a receiver housing for system power supply and signal generation.
Specifications
Installation
The rotor interfaces of the TF consist of two flanges. It is essential to monitor the alignment of the shafts during installation to minimize radial forces on the torque meter. The stator is mounted on the frame, approximately 1-2 mm from the rotor’s antenna. The stator powers the rotor via induction and collects measurement signals (5.4 kHz).
