Description

GSV-3USBx2 is a compact and performant data acquisition module with USB port for two analog channels:

Force, Torque, Pressure or any other Strain Gauge Bridge based Sensor.
Full or half strain gauge bridge with 120/350/1000 Ohm resistors
Displacement transducer
SIgnal frequency (rpm, angle encoder, counter)
any amplified sensor - output 0-10 V or 4-20 mA

The GSV-3USBx2 module is equipped with a 16-bit analog/digital converter. The sampling rate can be up to 1 kHz.

Installation

Thanks to its compact dimensions (126 mm x 85 mm x 25 mm), the GSV-3USBx2 can be quickly installed in the application. The sensors are connected via two M12 connectors. The aluminum housing is IP40. The operating temperature range is extended - 10/+65°C. The module is powered over USB.

Software environment

A Windows software is provided for the module configuration, the measurements visualisation and acquisition. SDK are provided as well for used-specific applications in C/C++ or Labview (WIndows DLL, VI files and protocol documentation are provided)
