Overview

Fz+Mz strain transducer

The AT101 strain gauge load cell simultaneously measures axial force (Fz) and torsion (Mz). Thanks to a design that is not sensitive to transverse loads, this load cell is particularly well suited to applications, machines and test benches using hydraulic, pneumatic or electric actuators. Force measurement ranges from ±500N to ±20 kN, and from 5 Nm to 50Nm for torsion.

Accuracy is ± 0.5% of full scale, overload protection 150%. Operating temperature is -15 to 55°C. Calibration is temperature-compensated between -10 and 45°C.

Installation

  • Bridge power supply: 2-12 VDC. Installation made using M8 metric screws.

Signal conditioning and acquisition

The AT101 sensor output signal is unamplified. We complete, wire and configure the measurement chain specifically for your application by integrating a Display, a Voltage or current output analog conditioner/amplifier, or a PC acquisition module such as the GSV-3USBx2, acquisition module for 2 axes for PC, PC acquisition software supplied.
