Capteur haute précision Fz+Mz

The combination of a KR110 series force transducer with a TS110a or TD110 is a powerful, compact, flexible and affordable option for simultaneous axial force (thrust) and torsion (Mz) measurement. No less than 8 range combinations are possible with a total thickness of 28 mm, which is very easy to integrate.

Each transducer consists of two concentric rings connected by 4 bars instrumented with strain gauges. The introduction of the force is done on the central ring, the fixing of the sensor on the frame is done on the external ring. The transducers are bored to allow the passage of a shaft, a hose or a cable.

The total accuracy is < 0.1%. Force measurement ranges are between ±200 N and ±5 kN in force, and ±20 Nm and ±200 Nm on Mz. Overload protection is 200%.

The operating temperature is between -10 and 85°C. The calibration is temperature compensated between -10 and 45°C.
