Presentation

KM26 is an extremely compact membrane load cell designed to measure compression loads up to one ton with 1% accuracy in a very small form factor (Ø25.4 mm x 11 mm). KM26 strain gauge load cell is available in 6 measurement ranges between 100 N and 10 kN, with a sensitivity of 1.5 mV/V.

The force is introduced via the 6mm diameter flat-surfaced load button. To ensure accurate measurement, it is essential that the force is centered, and no lateral force is applied.

The KM26 sensor is made of stainless steel and is IP67 sealed, with an operating temperature range from -10 to +85°C. A 3m, 4-wire cable is provided for sensor power (5VDC) and output signal (unamplified).

Signal Conditioning and Acquisition

The output signal from the KM26 sensor is unamplified. It is possible to obtain a complete and configured measurement chain by adding a display, conditioner, or acquisition module.
