1-channel strain gage and process input display

Presentation

MICRA-M is a 5-digit display with 1 analog channel for conditioning and displaying a wide range of measurement signals:

• Process: +/- 20mA or +/- 10VDC
• Strain gauge
• Potentiometer
• Thermocouple Type J/K/T
• Pt100 probe Signals are digitized using a 15-bit converter, displayed on the 5-digit screen, and transmitted via an RS-485 serial link in ASCII or Modbus RTU to the PLC or PC. The MICRA-M is fully configurable via the front panel keys or the supplied software. The supply voltage can be either DC or AC.

Standard functions

• Tare function** : Reset is performed from a front panel key or remotely via a digital input.
• Peak values** : The MICRA-M continuously stores the min/max values since the last reset, and displays them at the touch of a button on the front panel, or remotely via a digital input. The PIC and VAL memories can be reset by pressing a front-panel key, or remotely via discrete input.

Configuration

MICRA-M models can incorporate up to 3 simultaneous options:

• output option: 2 SPDT relays 8A-250VAC, 4 SPDT relays 0.2-250VAC, 4 NPN relays 50 mA-50VDC or 4 PNP relays 50 mA-50VDC
• communication option: RS232 or RS485
• analog output option: 0-10 VDC or 4-20 mA

MICRA-M models can incorporate up to 3 simultaneous options:

• 2RE, 4RE, 4OPP or 4OP output option
• RS2 or RS4 communication option
• NMV or NMA analog output option:

Thresholds are independently programmable for HI / LOW operation with time delay or hysteresis.

Serial communication protocols: standard, ISO1745 and MODBUS RTU.

Enclosure
