Presentation - Installation

The KM25 load button is an extremely compact membrane load cell designed to measure compression loads up to 1 kN with 1% accuracy in a very small form factor (Ø25 mm x 3.5 mm). This KM25 strain gauge load cell is available in 4 measurement ranges from 100 N to 1 kN, with a sensitivity of 1.5 mV/V.

The force is applied via the 12mm diameter load button with a flat surface. To ensure accurate measurement, it is essential that the force is centered and no lateral force is applied.

The KM25 sensor is made of stainless steel with an IP66 rating and operates within a temperature range of -10°C to +85°C. A 3-meter, 4-wire cable is provided for sensor power (5VDC) and the output signal (unamplified).

A complete and configured measurement chain can be obtained by adding a display, conditioner, or acquisition module.
