New high accuracy pressure transducer for injection molding processes

The V-Series pressure transducers allow direct measurement of the pressure in the plastic injection moulding cavity. The sensor features an accuracy of ±0.25% / ±0.50% of full scale, an excellent service life, and a temperature resistance of up to 400°C in the process.

The sensitive part of the sensor is screwed into the tooling (1/2" - 20-UNF-2A thread) with the diaphragm flush with the cavity. The probe is connected to the sensor body (containing the electronics) by a rigid or semi-rigid tube, depending on the application requirements.

These sensors are used for plastic injection, 3D printing or plastic infusion.
