Like all models in the FM-200 series, the FM-207 pinch force measurement system can be used to stress-test the closure of car doors (side windows, sunroof, motorized tailgate) in compliance with standard 2000/4/EG, up to 500N at a stiffness of 10N/mm. The system is installed directly using the accessories supplied.
The system is controlled by a console, with continuous data records during the test. The data is then loaded onto the PC via the supplied software, which automatically evaluates and generates the test report.
Applications include R&D testing, production checks and after-sales maintenance.
