3-Channel Strain Gauge Bridge Conditioner with CANbus Interface
The GSV-6T3 CAN M12 module is designed to acquire and transmit data from strain gauge sensors via a CAN bus. It provides high accuracy and exceptional robustness for demanding industrial environments. This module is particularly well-suited for both dynamic and static measurements, thanks to its standardized CAN interface and sampling frequency of up to 1 kHz.
Key features of the GSV-6T3 CAN M12 module include high resolution (16-bit converter), a sampling rate of up to 1000 measurements per second, scaling options (for extensometry or force measurement), and integrated temperature compensation. It also offers enhanced protection against electromagnetic interference.
Each of the three channels can be scaled individually (maximum sensitivity: 2 mV/V) or combined for 1- or 3-component sensors. For multi-component sensors, it is possible to apply a real-time cross-channel compensation matrix.
Operation
The GSV-6T3 CAN M12 module integrates easily into existing industrial networks thanks to its standard CAN bus interface. The M12 connectors allow for fast, reliable, and straightforward installation in demanding industrial environments.
Visualization and Acquisition on PC
Configuration, visualization, and acquisition of measurements can also be done using the GSVmulti software and USB interface.
The acquisition file can then be exported for post-processing in Excel or Matlab.

Integration with LabView, C, C++, C#
It is also possible to integrate the GSV-6T3 CAN M12 into a LabView environment or a C, C++, or C# application via the provided drivers and DLLs. Communication with the GSV-6T3 CAN M12 is done via USB.
