Cost effective stainless steel IP68 load shackle 2 to 9 tons

Presentation

The ALS load shackle is designed for measuring/monitoring loads up to 9 tons, with a measurement accuracy of the order of 1% of the nominal measuring range. Output signal is 2.0 mV / V excitation (5 or 10V). Overload protection is 150% of measurement range.

Installation

The shackle is delivered assembled and calibrated:

• Wired version: Supplied with 3 m cable as standard. Length can be specified.
• Wireless version: requires a receiver (USB, display, etc.). IP67 stainless steel body (IP68 optional), operating temperature range -20 to +55°C. Output signal (2.0 mV/V) can be optionally amplified (4-20 mA).
