Presentation

The ValueMaster acquisition system is a visualisation and analysis solution for PC-based torque measurement. The system includes the following functions:

acquisition of measurement signals from 1 or 2 torquemeters in real time (-5/5 V or -10/+10VDC output)
numerical and graphical display of curves, and evaluation according to predefined limits displayed graphically on the PC
measurements can be exported to a txt file
Power supply for torque transducers.

Operation

The sensors are connected via 2 M12 - 12 pin connectors. The module is fully software-configured. The module is powered by an external 100-220 VAC power supply. The link between the module and the PC is Ethernet (100 Mb/s). Display, parameter setting and acquisition are carried out using the software supplied.
