Overview

The SM S-type force transducer measures tensile or compressive forces up to 5 kN, with a minimal footprint (width < 50 mm, height < 63mm) and an accuracy better than 0.1% of the measurement range. The SM load cell is available in 7 ranges (±50, ±100, ±200, ±500, ±1000, ±2000, ±5000 N), and includes an overload protection of 150%.

Application

The sensor is mounted with 2 M6 or M12 threads on either side. The SM sensor is supplied with a 2m cable, and the operating temperature range is -55 to +90°C.

Signal conditionning and acquisition

The SM S-type load cell is supplied from 2.5 to 10 Vdc. Displays, Amplifiers and Data acquisition modules are offered wherever needed.
