Overview

The PFLC force sensor is used for measuring compression force, such as that applied by a press. It has an accuracy of +/- 0.5% of full scale and is available in 6 measurement ranges from 0-2 kN to 0-100 kN. The stainless steel construction, rated IP 60, offers 200% overload protection and an operating temperature range from -10 to 70°C.

Installation

The load washer is installed under the bolt head to measure the stress related to tightening. There are 8 threaded holes (M5 x 8, 45°) to enable secure attachment to the support and prevent rotation during tightening. With an overload tolerance of 150% of the measurement range, it ensures the sensor operates correctly during assembly and deflection phases.
