High resolution 0-360° angular position sensor

The P530 provides a powerful and cost-effective solution for angle measurement in harsh applications. The P530 offers infinite resolution, 0.1% linearity, and a specifiable measurement range from 0 to 360°. The non-contact measurement technology is unique in terms of durability, with MTBFs of up to 350,000 hours at 40°C. With its IP67 stainless steel body and operating temperature range of -40 to 125°C, the P530 is suitable for use on test benches, test machines and outdoor applications such as valve monitoring.

The P530 has a diameter of 35 mm and is mounted via a mounting flange. The output signal is either a voltage or a 4-20 mA current. The supply voltage varies from 5V DC to 24V DC depending on the type of output signal. The EMC performance is in accordance with EN 61000-6-2 and 6-3. The connections consist of either an M12 connector or a cable outlet via cable gland, with a specifiable cable length.
