High-frequency triaxial vibration sensor with 10/100M Ethernet interface, ±50 g range, DC~10 kHz bandwidth, DC 12V power supply, IP67 protection.
Overview
The HFA360 is a high-precision, wide-bandwidth high-frequency Ethernet vibration sensor designed for real-time triaxial vibration measurement. It continuously delivers vibration acceleration values along the X, Y and Z axes. Communication is performed directly via an adaptive 10/100M Ethernet interface, without any intermediate controller or adapter module: data is uploaded directly to a server or platform.
The sensor uses 20-bit ADC sampling, with a sensitivity of 0.095 mg/LSB, enabling the capture of low-amplitude vibrations. The DC~10 kHz bandwidth covers the defect frequency range of most industrial rotating machinery. The noise level is 35 µg/√Hz.

Installation and Use
Mechanical integration
Mounting is done by magnetic fixation or by double-end screw (bottom hole M56). For screw fixing, the M5×10 mm or M5×6 mm to M88 mm double-end screw is tightened onto the measurement point; after uniformly applying silicone grease to the sensor base, it is fixed onto the test platform. The measurement direction is then adjusted.
Data acquisition
The DC 12V powered version connects via the M12 8-pin aviation connector to the supplied network/power combiner (RJ45 adapter), then the network cable is connected to the PC and the power supply to a DC 12V source. The sensor communicates with the server using the TCP protocol as a TCP client; the server acts as the TCP server. TCP parameters can be modified via a configuration software (sensor restart required after modification). Each transmitted packet contains 116 groups of triaxial acceleration data (in g), allowing the server to reconstruct the continuous X, Y and Z signals.
Applications
The HFA360 is intended for vibration monitoring of industrial equipment and real-time condition analysis of rotating machinery: motors, pumps, fans, air compressors, gas engines, generators, gear reducers and gearboxes. It provides accurate information on equipment operating condition and health.
