The KR71 measures forces for loads up to 20 kN in tension and compression with an accuracy of 0.1% of full scale. Its highly compact dimensions (only 30 mm thickness) and simplified bolt-on integration facilitate installation in machinery without modifying the existing structure. Measurement accuracy remains stable even under eccentric loads, typical of real-world assemblies.
Designed for industrial environments, the KR71 withstands temperatures from -20°C to +80°C, offers good resistance to vibrations, and its IP65-sealed stainless steel body allows use in outdoor or humid conditions. The analog mV/V output can be optionally amplified (0-10 V or 4-20 mA) for direct connection with PLCs and standard data acquisition systems.
Used for tension control in stay cables or force monitoring in hydraulic cylinders, this sensor is also suited for aerospace component test benches and automated production lines for mechanical parts.
