New High-Speed 4-Channel Analog Recorder for fielt testing

The PMID4V-C is a compact standalone recorder designed for synchronous acquisition of 4 analog channels (0-5 V or strain gauges), with sampling rates up to 512 Hz and 16-bit resolution. Perfect for laboratory or field testing, it combines a small footprint (100×65×100 mm), ruggedness (IP66-rated aluminum housing), and ease of use, featuring manual triggering via a push-button. Its local storage on an SD card (up to 32 GB) and timestamped text file format make it a versatile tool for temporary or mobile measurements.

With 30 hours of continuous recording autonomy (rechargeable lithium battery via USB-C), the PMID4V-C eliminates the need for external power constraints. Its key features include an extended temperature range (−20 to +50 °C), lightweight design (500 g), and a status LED to monitor recording and battery level. The absence of a complex interface makes it a plug-and-play device, requiring no prior software configuration.

This data logger is designed for test engineers, R&D laboratories, and manufacturers in sectors such as aeronautics, robotics, biomechanics, or agriculture, for applications like prototype testing, dynamic testing (shock, vibration), or load measurement. Its compact format enables discreet integration on test benches, instrumented structures, or mobile equipment, while its resistance to harsh environments (IP66) makes it suitable for outdoor testing.

Several options and accessories are available, including specific cables, a dedicated battery charger, or 4-20 mA inputs in addition to voltage/strain gauge signals. Data, exportable directly via the SD card, includes a complete header (serial number, measurement parameters) for optimal traceability.
