Overview

The TILTdot MEMS inclinometer is an autonomous, connected biaxial sensor designed for structural and geotechnical monitoring. It measures inclination over a ±90° range with a resolution of 0.0001°, ensuring reliable tracking of structural deformation and movement. Data is transmitted automatically via the NB-IoT network and can also be stored locally on a microSD card (32 GB) for redundant recording.

Compact, waterproof and powered by two 18650 lithium batteries, the TILTdot offers a battery life of several years depending on the measurement frequency. Designed for demanding environments, it can be easily installed on bridges, retaining walls, embankments, slopes, buildings or critical infrastructure, providing continuous, maintenance-free monitoring.

Installation

The TILTdot MEMS inclinometer is mounted directly onto the surface to be instrumented, whether horizontal or vertical, using mounting screws that ensure a rigid connection with the structure.
