Overview

The CS10 industrial pressure sensor is designed for demanding industrial applications. The CS10 uses MEMS silicon strain gauges mounted on a stainless steel or nickel alloy sensing element. The measurement ranges for absolute pressure versions span from 0-100 mBar to 0-3000 Bar. Various process connections are available in 17-4PH, 316L, or nickel alloy, including Hastelloy C276 and Inconel 718. Overload protection ranges between 200% and 300%, with an accuracy of around 0.25% of full scale and a response time of approximately 1 ms.

The output signal is analog (voltage, current) or via fieldbus (CANopen). Electrical connection options include a connector or direct cable output. Sensor customization to meet specific application requirements is possible.
