DRVZ - new rugged PTO torque transducer

With its rugged IP67 design, the new DRVZ torque transducer is specially designed to accurately measure the torque/mechanical power output of a tractor transmission, or the torque/mechanical power consumed by agricultural equipment directly at the PTO, for example at the output of a tractor transmission. The system supports Type 1-3/8"-6, Type 2 1-3/8"-21 or Type 3 1-3/4"-20 splines standards.

Measurement signal transmission between the rotating shaft and the stator is contactless. The embedded electronics, which includes an amplifier stage and galvanic isolation, outputs the measurement as a ±10V voltage and a frequency of 10kHz ±5kHz. Supply voltage ranges from 10 to 28.8V DC. As an option, the torquemeter can be equiped with a high resolution encoder to output the shaft speed and position.

DRVZ applications include OEM validation testing, qualification testing, training center apprenticeships, and independent test/approval centers.
