The GHL and SLC load cells measure axial loads up to 1000 tonnes with an accuracy of ±1% of the measuring range. Their annular (SLC) or solid (GHL) structure, equipped with 350 Ω strain gauges, eliminates errors due to lateral loads or bending moments, even under 150% overload conditions of the nominal capacity.
Compact with an external diameter ranging from 67 to 272 mm and a height of 80 to 200 mm, these cells integrate without mechanical adaptation into existing machines or structures. Their 2 mV/V ±1% output signal and 2000 MΩ insulation resistance ensure stable readings, under supply voltages of 2 to 10 V and for an operating temperature range of -20°C to 100°C.
Applications include monitoring the tension of prestressed anchors in tunnels, tracking forces on anchor bolts in civil engineering, or any other industrial application requiring a wide compression measurement range in a compact footprint.
