GSV-6T3 CAN — acquisition of 1 or 3 axis force sensor signals up to 1.3 kHz per channel on CAN bus

The GSV-6T3 CAN acquires signals from strain gauge sensors or IEPE sensors and transmits them via a CAN bus interface, in controller or logger mode. Its sampling rate reaches 1.3 kHz per channel with 16-bit resolution, enough to follow dynamic measurements without degrading the signal.

The module handles three independently configurable channels: input sensitivity up to 2 mV/V, scaling per channel or grouping for 1 or 3 component sensors. For multicomponent sensors, a crosstalk compensation matrix is applied in real time, with integrated temperature compensation. The power supply ranges from 10 to 28 VDC over CAN, or 5 V via USB for configuration. The included GSVmulti software covers acquisition and visualization.

Automotive testing and test benches leverage the CAN interface to integrate the module into an existing network; structural monitoring benefits from M12 or SUBD44HD connectors suited to multicomponent force sensors.
