Infrastructure inclinometric monitoring

Overview

InclinoTrack is a connected tilt monitoring solution for structures, equipment and sensitive works.

The system combines Positek P603 inclinometers, a hardened acquisition unit and transmission to PMI-CloudVIEW to monitor measurements remotely.

It allows you to:

• monitor the evolution of tilt continuously
• quickly detect drift or threshold exceedance
• review history from PC, tablet or smartphone
• receive alerts in case of abnormal evolution
• centralize multiple measurement points on the same site

InclinoTrack is suitable for monitoring structures, platforms, machines, civil engineering works and industrial installations, whether temporary or permanent.

Operating principle

The inclinometers continuously measure the angular evolution of the structure.

The data is acquired in the InclinoTrack unit, then transmitted via Ethernet, Wi-Fi or 4G to PMI-CloudVIEW.

The user can then view the curves, track changes over time and configure alert thresholds.

PMI-CloudView supervision platform

The data measured by InclinoTrack is accessible from the PMI-CloudView web platform.

This interface centralizes data, reviews history, displays trends and manages alerts.

PMI-CloudView notably allows:

• real-time visualization of measurements
• display of data in numerical and graphical form
• consultation of the measurement history
• configuration of alert thresholds
• download of data in CSV format
• report generation
• report automation at defined intervals
• user and access rights management
