Mechanical integration
Mounting is performed from the tool side, without requiring complex auxiliary fixings. The central opening guides the loading axis and ensures coaxiality of the applied force. This arrangement simplifies insertion of the sensor into an existing force transmission chain (press, actuator, test frame). The annular design also allows threaded rods or bolts to pass through the sensor for instrumented clamping applications.

Data acquisition
The KR111 delivers a strain gauge bridge signal (mV/V) via M12 connector. This signal is compatible with all conditioners in the GSV range, notably the GSV-3USB which provides signal conversion, bridge excitation and USB transmission to a PC. The signal can also be connected to a conditioner with analogue output (0–10 V, 4–20 mA) for interfacing with a PLC or industrial controller, or to a process display for local visualisation.

Each KR111 sensor is delivered by default with a factory-established sensitivity report. For applications requiring formal metrological traceability, documented factory calibration or ISO 17025 accredited calibration (COFRAC equivalent) is available as an option on request.
