Overview
The 2300 series column force sensors with strain gauges measure tensile/compressive forces up to 2 MN. These sensors offer an excellent measurement range/compactness ratio, high precision (non-linearity: ± 0.05%, non-repeatability: ± 0.05%), and simplified mounting via two flanges easily interfaced with presses, power take-offs, cylinders, etc.
The sensor is mounted using 12 M20 to M32 bolts depending on the model. Supply voltage up to 20 VDC. Operating temperature: +10 to +60°C. Temperature-compensated calibration.
Numerous customization options are available: connectors, cables, flange geometry, strain gauge bridge redundancy, TEDS calibration, etc.

Signal Conditioning
Complete and configured measurement chains can be obtained by adding a display, conditioner, or acquisition module. See our selection:
- Display: Allows direct visualization of the measurement in engineering units, threshold management, max-min values, and amplified output.
- Conditioner: Amplifies the measurement signal and provides a voltage or current output (±5, ±10 VDC, 0-10 VDC, or 4-20 mA).
- Acquisition Systems: Transmits measurement signals to a PC, programmable logic controller, recorder, or SCADA-type supervision application. Post-processing of measurement data via Excel or Matlab.
