Overview
High-capacity, high-precision compression sensor
The 2101 series compression sensors are designed for applications requiring optimal measurement accuracy at full load as well as at partial loads. To achieve this, the sensor consists of two precision compression cells stacked with complementary measurement ranges. Accuracy for low to intermediate forces is thus improved by a factor of 4 to 5 compared to a conventional precision cell.
The output signal is 4 mV/V at full scale, and the design compensates for eccentric loads to ensure the highest precision during measurements. The 2101 series sensors are available in 6 capacities. Overload protection is 150%.
The operating temperature range is -55 to 90°C. Temperature compensation is applied during calibration between -10 and 45°C.

Conditioning and Data Acquisition
The output signal of the 1331 is non-amplified. It is possible to obtain a complete measurement chain, wired and configured specifically for the application by integrating, for example:
