Overview
The LMP instrumented pin is installed in place of the original pin and is designed for real-time load measurement/monitoring in a wide range of applications such as cranes, winches, hoists, overhead cranes, shackle instrumentation, or bearing assemblies.
The standard range is available in 14 nominal capacities starting from 500 kg up to 1500 tonnes, with a measurement accuracy of approximately 1% of full scale. The output signal is 1.5 mV/V of excitation (5 or 10V). Overload protection is 150% of the measurement range, with a breaking limit exceeding 300% of the nominal range.
Specifications

Installation
The LMP pin is mounted in place of the standard pin in the original component and measures tensile forces applied to the central cylinder via shear. The pin is typically supplied with an anti-rotation plate and a 5 m cable. The LMP load pin is suitable for outdoor use, featuring a hardened stainless steel IP67 body and an operating temperature range of -20 to +70°C. The output signal (1.5 mV/V) can be optionally amplified (output 4-20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V, or RS-485/Modbus RTU).
